LINYI, China, July 09, 2025 — The Linyi Trade City (Angola) High-Quality Products Fair 2025 was a key event at the Angola International Real Estate Trade Fair (FINI 2025) from July 4th to 6th.
This event marked another significant appearance for Linyi, a well-known Chinese manufacturing center, in Africa. Attracting over 400 companies both domestically and internationally, the fair fostered a comprehensive industrial ecosystem across various supply chains. Over 200 Linyi businesses showcased more than 1,000 high-quality products, with a focus on building materials and hardware, demonstrating the city’s manufacturing capabilities.
Delegations from Angola, Portugal, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, and other nations attended the fair, highlighting the increasing demand for Linyi’s products in the African market.
Linyi’s participation represented a major achievement for the city’s export sector. In addition to showcasing products, enterprises established overseas warehouses in Angola to simplify purchases for African customers, a move expected to optimize supply chains and lower procurement costs for local buyers.
The fair yielded three important strategic outcomes: addressing challenges in cross-border procurement and reshaping the African procurement model; enabling Angolan buyers to directly access the overseas warehouse system, eliminating international travel; and ensuring transparent pricing, aligning the quality and pricing of Linyi’s products with clear price differentials.
Chinese Ambassador to Angola Zhang Bin emphasized China’s role as a strong economic partner to Angola, noting the fair’s importance in strengthening Sino-Angolan economic and trade ties.
“Looking ahead, China will continue its support for Angola’s economic diversification and industrialization, striving to create a more robust bilateral cooperation framework. The Chinese Embassy in Angola will remain committed to fostering a more supportive environment for business collaboration,” said Zhang.
Angola’s Minister of Public Works, Urban Planning and Housing, Carlos Alberto Gregorio dos Santos, commended the fair’s contribution to promoting Angola’s industry, real estate, and trade development.
The fair, held amidst rapid changes in the global trade landscape where traditional models require urgent innovation, represents an exploration aligned with this trend. By creating an effective platform for collaboration, it not only delivers practical value to the Angolan market but also opens up new avenues for economic and trade cooperation between China and Africa.
