We are pleased to announce Michael Erlinger’s appointment as Chief Legal Officer at TIME.

Erlinger will report directly to CEO Jessica Sibley, overseeing TIME’s legal operations and team, while continuing to lead business affairs and operations for TIME Studios.

Over the past four years, Erlinger has strategically developed and optimized the TIME Studios dealmaking process, and collaborated closely with the finance team to track, analyze, and report on business performance. He has also been instrumental in the success of numerous TIME Studios projects, including FridaDirty Pop, Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words, as well as the upcoming Stevie Wonder-MLK Holiday documentary and Christina Aguilera documentary.

Erlinger brings decades of experience from prior roles at Meredith, Time Inc., GroupM, Sony Pictures Television, ABC Entertainment, among others. He studied Government at Georgetown University and holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from UCLA School of Law.
