APR Forges Malaysia-China Link to Strengthen Selangor’s TVET in Electronics and EV Repair

Shah Alam, Selangor – October 2, 2025 – APR Electronic Services Sdn. Bhd. has achieved a notable landmark by forging a connection between Selangor and ChinaFix (Shenzhen Xinxunwei Technology Co., Ltd.), a leading Chinese digital repair firm. This collaboration has culminated in the signing of a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) involving APR, the Selangor Technical Skills Development Centre (STDC), and ChinaFix.

The MoU, facilitated by APR, establishes a detailed framework for technology transfer, advanced board-level electronic repair, electric vehicle (EV) repair and maintenance, and specialized technical training. Its core objective is to bolster Selangor’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) ecosystem.

APR: The Bridge Between Malaysia and China
APR initiated this significant collaboration, uniting STDC and ChinaFix to bridge the two nations in the realm of advanced repair technologies. As the primary enabler, APR will be responsible for localizing and implementing ChinaFix’s expertise within Malaysia, while STDC will serve as the state’s dedicated training base for cultivating local talent.

APR is also poised to spearhead regional expansion across Southeast Asia, targeting markets such as Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Myanmar.

Enhancing TVET and Regional Growth
A delegation from Selangor, led by Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari, journeyed to Shenzhen. This visit underscores the state government’s dedication to positioning Selangor as a premier regional hub for TVET.

Through this partnership, APR is set to significantly elevate Malaysia’s proficiencies in board-level repair, IT refurbishment, and EV repair and maintenance, thereby ensuring that local engineers are trained to world-class standards.
