Bush; Denis McDonough, White House Chief of Staff for President Barack Obama; and Chris Whipple, the moderator, an Emmy Award-winning Discovery Channel documentarian and New York Times bestselling author of “The Gatekeepers: How White House Chiefs of Staff Define Every Presidency.”
