Nagsimula ang Seremonya ng Pagbubukas at Sesyon ng Plenarya sa 2023 Pandaigdigang Konperensiya sa Internet ng Pagpupulong sa Wuzhen

During the events, memorial cups were presented to the winners of the Wuzhen Summit 10-Year Commemorative Honour, and the first group of World Internet Conference Global Youth Leaders received certificates marking their selection.

Ang 2023 WIC Wuzhen Summit ay pinag-aralan ang “Creating an Inclusive and Resilient Digital World Beneficial to All — Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace”, na may 20 sub-forums tungkol sa mga paksa mula sa digital cooperation sa loob ng Global Development Initiative at collaborative green transformation patungo sa digital sustainability hanggang sa artificial intelligence (AI). Hihintayin na mas maraming 1,800 online at offline na mga kalahok mula sa higit 120 bansa at rehiyon sa buong mundo ay makakasali.
