New leaders aim to expand ETMA’s reach, boost membership, and enhance benefits for all members.

Phoenix, Arizona Oct 22, 2025  – The Enterprise Technology Management Association (ETMA) (), announced the election of new board officers during its conference held in Cleveland, Ohio, from October 7-9.

Janelle DeGregorio was voted in as ETMA President, Jim Holt as Treasurer, while Mark Gaeto and Courtney Cress secured At-Large Board positions. They join existing board members: Amit Ponam, Vice President (Scalefusion); Chad Nordby, Secretary (TRG Solutions); John Adams, At-Large (vCom Solutions); Steve Fisher, At-Large (SpyGlass); Yvonne Patterson, At-Large (Hyperion Partners); David Sonenstein, Emeritus Board Member (AMI Strategies); and Joe Basili, ETMA Managing Director.

Janelle DeGregorio, ETMA’s newly elected President and Director of Enterprise Solutions for NEXA® (formerly Social Mobile) (), is set to influence ETMA’s trajectory, steering its commitment to raising industry benchmarks, nurturing innovation, and encouraging cooperation among technology vendors. Her appointment represents a pivotal moment not solely for ETMA, but for the wider enterprise technology sector. Janelle commented, “Artificial intelligence, cloud technology, and IoT are spearheading the forthcoming wave of digital transformation within professional environments. Mobility is fueling the expansion of connected devices, and consequently, reshaping conventional IT. Mark Gaeto, Managing Director at Falcon Capital Partners (), a veteran technology executive now serving in his current role, declared, “As a new board member, my objective is to enhance ETMA’s governance and to double our membership. We plan to revise our charter and establish a distinct, ambitious vision, reinvigorating our communication strategies. A key focus must also be on augmenting member value through industry insights, resources for best practices, and programs that quicken the pace of enterprise technology adoption and corporate procurement. We intend to feature influential speakers, optimize board procedures, and initiate a quarterly effort to attract 50 new companies every quarter. Jim Holt, Chief Revenue Officer for OVATION Wireless Management (), contributes ten years of dedicated involvement and leadership experience within the telecommunications and managed mobility domain. Courtney Cress, VP of Operations at Acuity Technologies, which was recently acquired by DecisionPoint Technologies (), brings more than 24 years of expertise in technology management and telecom, including two decades in leadership positions across six different companies. The newly appointed members of the ETMA board bring a variety of perspectives and significant expertise, poised to further advance the organization’s vision and principles.
