Mudanjiang, a key city in southeastern Heilongjiang, benefits from a strategic location and operates four national first-class customs ports. Recognized as a “Top Tourist City of China,” its tourism assets are built upon seven pillars: lakes, forests, snow, borders, folk traditions, rare wildlife, and revolutionary historical sites. Among its more than 450 scenic spots, Jingpo Lake, China Snow Town, and Hengdaohezi Town are the most well-known. The city intends to build on the conference’s achievements, embrace a pro-business approach, and create a supportive business environment to encourage businesses to invest confidently, launch ventures with peace of mind, and develop comfortably.
