GUANGZHOU, China, July 30, 2025 — Viomi Technology Co., Ltd (“Viomi” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: VIOT), a leading Chinese technology company focused on home water solutions, announced today that Nasdaq has granted them an exception regarding the filing of their Form 20-F for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
On May 21, 2025, Nasdaq informed the Company that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq’s filing requirements as outlined in Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) (the “Rule”) because the Company had not submitted its Form 20-F for the year ending December 31, 2024. However, after further review and consideration of the materials submitted by the Company on July 2, 2025, Nasdaq has decided to grant an exception, allowing the Company to regain compliance with the Rule.
The exception requires the Company to file its Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2024, by November 11, 2025, as mandated by the Rule. If the Company fails to meet these terms, Nasdaq will issue a written notice concerning the potential delisting of the Company’s securities. At that point, the Company has the right to appeal Nasdaq’s decision to a Hearings Panel.
Viomi is committed to filing its Form 20-F and returning to compliance with the Rule on or before November 11, 2025.
