Specialized LED Pick and Place for Lighting
NECTEC is unveiling its enhanced LED pick and place solutions specifically for LED lighting fixtures, DOB, and LED lens mounting. These systems can accommodate PCBs up to 1500 mm long. Featuring accelerated PCB transmission, accurate thermal compensation, a space-saving system design, and robust alignment technology, these machines provide dependable LED assembly and boost efficiency in high-volume lighting manufacturing.

Advanced X-ray Inspection and Counting Systems
NECTEC’s equipment is capable of mounting components ranging from tiny 0201 packages to large ICs and BGAs up to 40 × 40 mm with exceptional precision. For sophisticated PCB manufacturing, supplementary defect verification is frequently necessary. Addressing this demand, the most recent X-ray Inspection systems boast enhanced capabilities, including 3D CT, HDR imaging, and automated defect identification. These solutions are tailored for diverse uses, encompassing electronics, PCBs, BGAs, automotive applications, and semiconductor components.

Concurrently, the upgraded X-ray Counting System provides rapid and exceptionally accurate electronic component counting for reels before mounting, utilizing our advanced X-ray technology. It achieves 99.9% accuracy within 7 seconds and accommodates reels ranging from 7 to 17 inches, as well as components as small as 01005. This system also features improved barcode scanning and ERP/MES/WMS connectivity, thereby assisting SMT manufacturers in cutting labor costs and increasing productivity in component inventory management.

Energy-Efficient Reflow Oven and Soldering Materials
Flawless soldering is crucial in SMT manufacturing, occurring after components have been placed by pick-and-place machines. Our newest lead-free Reflow Oven series—available with 6, 8, 10, or 12 heating zones—provides precise thermal regulation for dependable, defect-free soldering on various PCB types.

In addition to the hardware, NECTEC also unveiled an expanded range of Soldering Materials, encompassing solder paste, solder wire, solder bars, fluxes, and conformal coatings. These materials were developed in collaboration with Japanese partners for use in precision electronics.
