To meet Nasdaq’s requirement, Smart Powerr Corp.’s stock, with a par value of $0.001 per share, needed to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 or higher for at least 10 consecutive business days. The company’s stock price was at or above the $1.00 minimum for the 10 business days between July 18, 2025, and July 31, 2025. As a result, Nasdaq has determined that Smart Powerr Corp. is now compliant with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2), and the matter is closed.
