CAIRO, July 26, 2025 — SOUEAST has launched four new models in Egypt, marking a significant expansion into the African market. The launch event, themed “Ease Your Life,” took place at Cairo’s renowned landmark, Alamain Boulevard North Square, demonstrating the brand’s dedication to enhancing consumers’ automotive experience through innovative concepts.

SOUEAST, revitalized in 2024, is expanding globally with its focus on urban vehicles. The automaker currently operates sales and service networks in more than 144 locations across over 30 countries and regions worldwide. SOUEAST targets the urban premium segment with its “6+2+1” product lineup, which includes 6 urban SUVs, 2 urban sedans, and 1 lifestyle pickup truck. This portfolio covers segments from B to D-class, offering both fuel and hybrid powertrains, with plans for pure electric models in the future. This diverse range ensures customized solutions for various markets and customer requirements.

The launch introduced four new models: the flagship smart luxury SUV S09, the urban intelligent C-segment SUV S07, the urban stylish C-segment SUV S06, and the compact urban SUV S05, collectively covering nearly all segments of the SUV market. These vehicles are designed to meet diverse driver needs, combining style, comfort, and advanced technology. The S09, with its luxurious features and robust performance, is engineered for those seeking a premium driving experience. In contrast, the S07 and S06 are aimed at urban youth, featuring intelligent functions and trendy designs. The S05, with its compact and agile build, is ideal for city dwellers, offering versatile mobility for both city streets and narrow lanes.

During the launch event, Andy Yuan, Assistant President of SOUEAST International, stated: “SOUEAST’s vision is to enable more young people worldwide to enjoy an EASE urban mobility experience.” He further emphasized SOUEAST Motor’s strong confidence in the Egyptian market. According to the strategic plan, SOUEAST and its partner will engage in extensive collaboration across market operations, customer service, branding, and channel development to provide a seamless user experience. By 2025, SOUEAST intends to establish 15 sales outlets and 5 after-sales service centers in Egypt. Additionally, two new CKD models are slated for introduction between 2026 and 2027.

SOUEAST has recently expanded into North African markets, including Morocco and Libya. Its latest launch in Egypt represents a significant advancement in the brand’s strategic growth throughout Africa. With this continuous market expansion, SOUEAST is poised to commence a new phase in its global development.
