He possesses extensive experience in international business law, regulatory strategy, and corporate finance, cultivated through years of practical experience managing cross-border projects.
Prior to this appointment, Lester was instrumental in building Tetra Consultants’ presence throughout Asia, establishing operations in Shanghai, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, and India. His work with top-tier institutions concentrated on organizational restructuring, regulatory compliance, and project management, positioning him effectively to steer the firm’s forthcoming phase of international growth.
