Taiwan-Poland Industry Partnership to Accelerate Immersion-cooled Battery Technology Deployment Across Europe
TAIPEI, Taiwan, July 08, 2025 — Polish industrial group SKB and Taiwan-based battery technology company XING Mobility have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly advance the use of immersion-cooled battery technology throughout Poland and Europe. This collaboration, facilitated by the Polish-Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry which helped connect the companies and arrange the signing at the Taiwan–Poland Economic Forum, marks a significant stride in enhancing industrial cooperation and accelerating the adoption of secure and efficient immersion-cooling technology across Europe.

Bringing Advanced Battery Solutions to Europe’s Emerging Energy Market
Poland, with its robust manufacturing sector and favorable industrial policies, stands out as a highly promising European market for electrification and energy storage. SKB, a prominent industrial group boasting over 30 years of expertise in construction, machinery, plastics, automotive components, and logistics, is a key contributor to this expansion. This collaboration will see XING Mobility’s battery innovation from Taiwan merge with SKB’s extensive industrial footprint in Poland, aiming to capitalize on the region’s burgeoning green economy prospects.

Local Energy Storage Demonstration Projects and Business Model Innovation
Both parties also intend to collaborate on demonstration projects in Poland focusing on energy storage and integrating battery systems into electric vehicles. These initiatives aim to create customized, localized battery solutions for the European market, thereby facilitating technology adoption, expanding application possibilities, and speeding up market penetration.
