JK Diongzon Dablo, Jelyn’s husband, announced his wife’s death on Facebook. He expressed his love for her, but he knows that Jelyn is finally with God and no longer suffers. He wrote, “I love you my wife.

Jelyn was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in 2018 and explained how her unhealthy lifestyle and stressful work contributed to her illness. Jelyn’s story was widely shared online after people took her story as a reminder to prioritize our health over work. Jelyn’s death became an inspiration and a life lesson for everyone.

Endometrial cancer is a type of cancer that affects the endometrium, which is the uterine lining. It is one of the most common types of cancer in women. On her Facebook page, Jelyn shares her struggles battling cancer. She admitted to discontinuing chemotherapy treatments and taking herbal and food supplements instead.

Jelyn recalled how she used to be so busy handling so many businesses. “Sobrang busy ko noon. Daming business.

When she ventured into networking, she still didn’t slow down. She remembered not sleeping for two days while looking for business partners. Because she was always busy, Jelyn admitted that she was eating “instant food” to get by. She always eats fast food and doesn’t drink enough water. “She enjoys drinking a lot of concentrated juices, energy drinks, frappes, milktea, soft drinks, and other junk foods.

Sisingilin tayo noon sa bandang huli,” she said.

Among her early signs was having irregular menstrual periods. Jelyn’s health quickly deteriorated as a result of her constant stress, sleepless nights, and unhealthy lifestyle.

“Lahat kasi ng kasipagan inubos ko na. Ayun kumita ng malaki pero naubos naman lahat ng pinaghirapan ko nung nagkasakit na ako,” she said.

She reminded everyone how important it is to eat healthily, drink enough water, and minimize stress in our lives. Lahat tayo may cancer cells. Please lang ingatan mo sarili mo at wag mong pabayaan.”

With Jelyn’s death, many people expressed their condolences to the bereaved family.
