MANILA, Philippines – The September 2022 Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) board exam results, including the complete list of passers, are expected to be released online between September 8-15 or in 3-8 working days after the exam.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Electrical Engineering conducted the licensure exam in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga on September 3 and 4.

PRC also administered Registered Master Electrician (RME) board exam on September 5.

REGISTRATION OF PASSERS

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to online.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:

  • downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • notice of admission (for identification only)
  • 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
  • 2 sets of documentary stamps
  • 1 piece short brown envelope

As advised, successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examinations WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.


VERIFICATION OF RATINGS

Electrical Engineering board exam verification of ratings (passers, non-passers and removal) can be done online. Visit PRC’s “Verification of Rating” service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this can be available in few days after the exam.


RELEASE OF RESULTS

According to PRC Resolution No. 1439 s. 2021, the target release of results for the recent Electrical Engineer board exam is on Thursday, September 15 or in eight (8) working days after the series of exams.

However, results may be released ahead or on later date without prior notice.


PREVIOUS EXAMS

In the April 2022 Electrical Engineer Licensure Examination, results were released by PRC in three (3) working days after the last day of examinations. A total of 3,029 out of 5,567 passed the exams.

In the September 2021 REE, PRC released results in seven (7) working days. A total of 1,668 out of 2,590 passed the REE.

In the last REE before the pandemic (September 2019), PRC announced results in four (4) working days. A total of 3,285 out of 4,891 Registered Electrical Engineers successfully hurdled the exams.

In the April 2019 exams, results were out in three (3) working days. PRC named 1,600 out of 2,548 Registered Electrical Engineers.
