MANILA, Philippines – ME BOARD EXAM RESULT. The full list of topnotchers or top 10 passers in the February 2023 Mechanical Engineer (ME) and Certified Plant Mechanics (CPM) board exam is available on this page as expected to be released on March 2, 2023 or in three (3) working days after the exam.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) recognizes the highest placers for February 26 and 27 Mechanical Engineer board exam, which was conducted in various testing centers nationwide: Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Zamboanga, and Palawan.

In the August 2022 Mechanical Engineer (ME) board exam, Franz Joshua Geronimo Pingol from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP)-Main Sta. Mesa aced the board with 95.35%. Jasper Berlon Mijares from Rizal Technological University and Francis Gregory Lao Ng from De La Salle University – Manila tied on second spot with 94.40%.
In the February 2022 ME board exam, Mark Anthony Salazar Arcayan from Visayas State University – Baybay topped the board with 96.60%. Mark Allen Gabutero Armenion from University of Cebu ranked second with 95.70%.
In the August 2021 ME board exams, Nathaniel Beaver Apostol Mendoza from Saint Louis University topped the board with 90.05%. Christian Justin Musni Sese, also from SLU, followed with 89.90%.
In the last ME board exam before the pandemic (February 2020), Glemar Ojendras Guarin from University of Southeastern Philippines – Davao City and Julius Ezra Macasaet Gundran from De La Salle University (DLSU) – Manila tied on highest spot with 91.30%. Edrian Pamintuan Laki from Holy Angel University (HAU) ranked second with 90.05%.
In the August 2019 exams, Lester Corpin Toledo of Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT) – University led the ME passers with 94.65%. Hucth Nino Valles from Bulacan State University (BSU) – Malolos followed with 94.05%.
