This agreement marks a significant milestone as the merger of AGBA and Triller nears completion. It further strengthens the strategic relationship between AGBA and Yorkville, a leading global investment fund providing growth and acquisition capital to public companies.

This revised agreement signifies confidence in AGBA and expands the range of financing and capital solutions available to the Company as it works towards the successful completion of the merger with Triller. This lays the groundwork for the future growth of the combined company.
