SHENZHEN, China, July 08, 2025 – Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) (“Aurora Mobile” or the “Company”), an established provider of customer engagement and marketing technology services in China, has announced a strategic alliance with HashNut, a prominent crypto payment solution provider. This partnership aims to accelerate the adoption of stablecoins for Web3 payments and various digital applications, thereby fostering the worldwide circulation and commercialization of digital assets.

Aurora Mobile has already commenced the integration of HashNut’s Web3 payment system into several of its products, which are aimed at both Southeast Asian and broader global markets. This initiative is projected to facilitate annual stablecoin settlement volumes, including USDT and USDC, amounting to several million US dollars. By harnessing HashNut’s specialized knowledge in on-chain fund management and smart contract payments, Aurora Mobile intends to substantially enhance digital payment experiences in international markets, thereby improving capital turnover efficiency.

Moving forward, the collaboration between Aurora Mobile and HashNut will expand beyond Aurora Mobile’s existing ecosystem. The companies plan to jointly develop stablecoin payment solutions, which will offer compliant, secure, and efficient digital payment and clearing infrastructure for international clients and Chinese enterprises seeking global expansion. These solutions are intended for use in areas such as cross-border advertising, digital content distribution, in-app economies, and SaaS subscriptions, supporting the widespread adoption of digital assets in developing markets.

Both companies intend to leverage Hong Kong as a strategic center, utilizing its progressive global digital finance and stablecoin regulatory frameworks to engage with licensed stablecoin projects and local financial clearing networks. Through this joint effort, they will establish a more transparent, secure, and compliant system for fund movements, thereby solidifying Hong Kong’s status as a leading global financial center and a hub for digital asset innovation.

Mr. Weidong Luo, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Aurora Mobile, stated, “HashNut’s technical capabilities in transparent on-chain payments and smart contract custody empower us to deliver a highly competitive digital payment experience to global customers. We will work closely going forward to develop open and accessible stablecoin solutions, enabling more Chinese businesses to expand globally and helping overseas clients thrive in the digital economy.”

Mr. Edward Du, CEO and Founder of HashNut, remarked, “Aurora Mobile’s robust presence in the global developer ecosystem, big data, and enterprise service markets uniquely positions it to advance stablecoin payment adoption. This strategic partnership will enhance Aurora Mobile’s products and provide next-generation stablecoin infrastructure for clients globally.”

Aurora Mobile and HashNut are dedicated to extending their collaboration into additional regions and markets. Jointly, they aim to drive the compliance and standardization of stablecoins and decentralized payments within Web3 applications, generating enhanced value for businesses and users worldwide.
