The initial shipment of Lianhe Sowell’s Spray-Painting Robots is now installed and fully functioning at a Mercedes-Benz 4S service center in South Korea.
Lianhe Sowell’s Spray-Painting Robots utilize the company’s in-house developed high-precision 3D vision recognition system and AI dynamic path planning technology. This enables real-time surface scanning, optimized spray paths, and accuracy down to the millimeter. Compared to traditional manual spraying, these robots reduce paint waste, decrease volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, and increase throughput, resulting in sustainable, high-quality production.
