MoneyHero has begun a formal search, aided by leading global executive search firms, for its next permanent CFO.
SINGAPORE, Dec. 13, 2024 — (Nasdaq: ) MoneyHero Group, a leading personal finance platform in Southeast Asia, announced today that Hao Qian, its CFO, will resign, effective December 15, 2024. Danny Leung, the Group Finance Director, will serve as interim CFO.

Mr. Leung, a senior finance executive with over two decades of experience, joined MoneyHero in 2024 as Group Director of Finance. Before MoneyHero, he held senior financial roles at Marga Group, Kontafarma China Holdings Ltd, Lee Kum Kee, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. He holds a B.A. in accounting from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Hong Kong. He will ensure a smooth transition of CFO responsibilities.
