Tokyo, Japan, March 11, 2025 — Robot Consulting Co., Ltd., a Japanese platform service provider focused on human resources with plans to move into legal tech and the metaverse, announced today that it filed a registration statement with the SEC on Form F-1 (the “Registration Statement”) on February 12, 2025, for a proposed initial public offering (the “Proposed Offering”) of its American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”). The number of ADSs and their price have not yet been determined. Robot Consulting has applied to list its ADSs on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “LAWR.”
