Singapore, Feb. 28, 2025 – SIMPPLE Ltd. (NASDAQ: SPPL) (“SIMPPLE” or “the Company”), a prominent technology and innovation provider in the facilities management (FM) industry, announced today the resignation of Mr. Sovik Bromha from his position as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective April 14, 2025, to pursue other ventures. Succeeding Sovik Bromha, Mr. Gary Goh has been appointed as SIMPPLE CFO, commencing January 22, 2025. Gary will be responsible for SIMPPLE’s financial operations, company-wide optimization, and capital allocation efforts, and will play a significant leadership role in shaping the Company’s strategy to achieve its long-term growth goals and improve shareholder value.

Mr. Goh is a well-known finance and accounting leader in Singapore, bringing over 15 years of experience in audit and assurance, accounting, and financial advisory services across various industries, including technology, retail, maritime, construction, and manufacturing. In 2014, Mr. Goh established GYSG Group, a public accounting firm that offers professional services such as audit and assurance, accounting, tax advisory-compliance, corporate secretarial, and corporate advisory services. Notably, GYSG provided financial advisory and corporate secretarial services to SIMPPLE in 2022. Prior to that, he served as an Engagement Manager at KPMG for four years, contributing to audit and assurance projects for multinational corporations, listed companies, and government-linked entities. Gary holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore (2008) and a Bachelor of Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (2009). He is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA), and holds ISCA Financial Forensic Accounting and Public Accountant qualifications.

SIMPPLE has updated its governance framework, financial controls, and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with SEC and NASDAQ regulations regarding its engagements with GYSG.

“We believe that Gary’s extensive financial expertise and sharp business acumen will enhance our Company’s financial operations and business strategies. Sovik and Gary will collaborate closely to ensure a seamless transition as we continue to build on the momentum we established in late-2024,” stated Norman Schroeder, chief executive officer of SIMPPLE.

“I am thrilled to join SIMPPLE on its rapid growth journey. SIMPPLE is an exceptional company with a clear mission: to transform facilities management operations through innovative technologies. I am aligned with SIMPPLE’s leadership team and committed to building on the Company’s achievements to further increase shareholder value,” said Gary.
