(“Top KingWin” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: TCJH) announced today that its Class A ordinary shares will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “WAI”, effective October 21, 2024. This new ticker symbol will replace the Company’s previous symbol “TCJH”.

No action is required from the Company’s shareholders regarding this change. The Company’s Class A ordinary shares will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market, with its CUSIP number remaining unchanged.
