GUANGZHOU, China, May 23, 2025 — Viomi Technology Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: VIOT), a leading Chinese technology company focused on home water solutions, today announced receipt of a notification from the NASDAQ Stock Market, dated May 21, 2025 (the “Delinquency Letter”). The letter indicates the Company’s non-compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) due to the delayed filing of its Form 20-F annual report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024 (the “2024 Annual Report”).
As per NASDAQ regulations, Viomi has 60 calendar days from the Delinquency Letter date to present a plan for regaining compliance (the “Compliance Plan”). If NASDAQ approves the Compliance Plan, an extension may be granted until November 11, 2025, for the Company to meet listing requirements. Viomi intends to submit its Compliance Plan within the stipulated 60-day timeframe.
The Delinquency Letter does not immediately affect the listing status of the Company’s ordinary shares, represented by American depositary shares, on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
This announcement fulfills the disclosure obligations outlined in NASDAQ Listing Rule 5810(b), which mandates prompt notification of deficiency notices.
