In May 2025, XPENG’s Smart EV deliveries totaled 33,525 units, marking a 230% increase from the previous year and exceeding 30,000 units for the seventh consecutive month. Throughout the first five months of 2025, XPENG delivered 162,578 Smart EVs, reflecting a 293% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
On May 28th, the Company introduced the MONA M03 Max. The MONA M03 Max lowers the barrier to entry for urban AI smart driving to around RMB 150,000 for the first time, increasing accessibility of advanced vehicle technology for younger demographics. The MONA M03 Max is also the first XPENG model to feature the AI Tianji XOS 5.7.0, which includes over 300 new features.
XNGP achieved an 85% monthly active user penetration rate for urban driving in May 2025. A key highlight is the XPENG MONA M03 Max’s debut of human-machine co-driving, allowing both ADAS and drivers to share control for seamless collaboration between manual and smart driving.
