BEIJING, November 1, 2024 – ATA Creativity Global (“ACG” or the “Company”, Nasdaq: AACG), an international educational services company dedicated to providing quality learning experiences that foster and enhance students’ creativity, announced today that it will release its financial results for the third quarter and nine-month periods ending September 30, 2024, after the close of the stock market on Thursday, November 7, 2024.

A conference call to discuss these results and management’s outlook is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, November 7 (corresponding to 9:00 a.m. Beijing Time on Friday, November 8).
