HONG KONG, June 26, 2025 — Reitar Logtech Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: RITR) (“Reitar” or the “Company”), a trailblazer in delivering extensive “Property Logistics Technology (PLT)” solutions, today announced the formal signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (the “MOU”) with Rich Harvest Agricultural Produce Limited (“Rich Harvest”), a prominent smart agriculture enterprise based in Asia. With eight farming sites across China spanning over 1,333 hectares (20,000 mu), the two entities aim to explore collaborative opportunities to integrate blockchain traceability, digital payment systems, and smart cold chain technology within cross-border agricultural supply chains, with the goal of co-creating an innovative agricultural supply chain ecosystem.

Collaboration Overview

The parties intend to develop an integrated technology platform that will combine a blockchain-powered traceability system with advanced automated cold chain infrastructure. Rich Harvest operates eight agricultural bases in mainland China, situated in Ningxia, Guizhou, Henan, Hebei, Jiangxi, Xinjiang, Heilongjiang, and Guangdong Qingxin, covering more than 1,333 hectares (20,000 mu), and already employs a “farm-to-table” traceability system based on barcode and RFID tracking. Under this proposed partnership, Rich Harvest will leverage Reitar’s expertise in automated cold chain infrastructure and technical solutions to achieve the following synchronized benefits:

  • Real-time monitoring capabilities utilizing IoT sensor technology
  • Access to Reitar’s substantial automated cold storage facilities located in Kwai Chung
  • The introduction of blockchain smart contract-driven tokenized supply chain finance to enhance capital flow efficiency within agricultural supply chains

Strategic Framework

As per the MOU, the two parties plan to investigate three primary areas of cooperation:

  • Blockchain Traceability System Development: Collaborative development of a blockchain system for recording data related to farming, harvesting, transportation, and sales, thereby improving end-to-end transparency throughout the supply chain.
  • Digital Payment Integration: Subject to relevant regulatory approvals and requirements, exploring the implementation of digital payment solutions, including the Company’s proposed stablecoin payment system, to automate settlement processes.
  • Smart Cold Chain Integration: Integrating Rich Harvest’s agricultural operations with Reitar’s automated cold storage capabilities and logistics solutions, while exploring AI-driven temperature control and inventory management systems.

Implementation Plan

The collaboration will be executed in distinct phases:

  • Phase 1 (targeted for Q4 2025): Initiate a pilot program for exporting approximately 30 tons of fresh produce daily from Rich Harvest’s Guizhou farm to Hong Kong, encompassing vegetables, fruits, chickens, ducks, geese, lambs, pork, and beef. This phase will involve deploying IoT sensors at harvesting and packaging stages and connecting to Reitar’s large cold storage facility in Kwai Chung, which will serve as the central cold chain storage and distribution hub.
  • Phase 2 (targeted for Q1 2026): On one hand, integrate Hong Kong supermarkets and wet markets into the digital payment system to promote the stablecoin’s practical application at the retail level; on the other, equip cold chain fleets with blockchain-enabled temperature control for safer transportation.
