REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING
PRC advised that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.

Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- notice of admission (for identification only)
- 2 pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
- 1 piece short brown envelope
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be announced later, PRC said.
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
In just few working days after the release of results, all takers may verify their ratings online through PRC’s verification of rating page. Provide the required information in the appropriate fields to verify your identity.
COVERAGE OF EXAM
The two day exam covered the following major subjects: environmental planning processes, techniques and strategies; history, concepts, theories and principles of environmental planning, environmental plan implementation, legal aspects and administration.
According to the Board Law, environmental planners are those concerned with the management and development of land, as well as the preservation, conservation, and rehabilitation of the human environment.
RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 1589 s. 2022, the target release date of results of the recent Environmental Planner board exam is on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 or in three (3) working days after the test.
Note that results may be released ahead of the target or on later date without prior notice.
PREVIOUS EXAMINATION
In the July 2022 Environmental Planner board exams, PRC released results after three (3) working days. A total of 108 out of 178 passed the exams. Aleya Carmela Esquivel Arca from University of the Philippines (UP)-Diliman topped the board with 84.40%.
In the June 2019 Environmental Planner board exams, results were also out in 3 working days. A total of 2,029 out of 4,973 passed the exams. Remsce Andal Pasahol from University of the Philippines – Los Baños (UPLB) aced the board with 81.20%.
In the June 2018 EPLE, results were also out in 3 working days. The agency named 1,891 out of 4,729 who successfully hurdled the exams. Amillah Sescon Rodil from UP-Diliman led the passers with 83.05%.
In the June 2017 exams, results were made available online in two (2) working days. PRC named 739 out of 1,739 who passed the exams. Justin Victor Nisperos dela Cruz from Ateneo de Manila Univesity (ADMU) – QC topped the board with 82.30%.
