GUANGZHOU, China, April 04, 2025 — EHang Holdings Limited (“EHang” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: EH), a leading global Urban Air Mobility (“UAM”) technology platform, today addressed concerns regarding recent trade developments between the U.S. and China, stating they are not anticipated to significantly impact its operations.

Amid global market volatility triggered by recent U.S. tariff adjustments on select Chinese products, EHang has seen temporary fluctuations in its share price driven by market sentiment. To address these concerns, the Company clarifies the following:

The recently announced tariff measures by both the U.S. and Chinese governments are not expected to materially affect EHang’s business. The company currently does not export its autonomous aerial vehicles (AAVs) or related products to the U.S., and its manufacturing processes do not rely on components originating from the U.S. The company does not utilize U.S.-restricted semiconductors, aerospace components, or other controlled technologies. EHang maintains a secure and independent supply chain, ensuring its operations remain unaffected by trade policy changes.

In 2024, EHang generated 95% of its revenue from the Chinese market, concentrating its core business on UAM solutions within China. Currently, the company does not export products to the U.S. market; therefore, the recent tariff adjustments do not impact existing revenue streams. With localized production capabilities and an expanding international presence in Asia, Europe, and other regions, EHang is well-positioned to ensure business continuity and pursue long-term growth. The Company will continue its close monitoring of international trade dynamics and adapt proactively while maintaining its commitment to delivering innovative, safe, and sustainable UAM solutions worldwide.
