CHENGDU, China, June 12, 2025 — Senmiao Technology Limited (“Senmiao” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: AIHS), a Chinese financing and service provider for the online ride-hailing sector, today announced a strategic cooperation agreement (the “Agreement”) with Qinhong International Group (“Qinhong”).

Since its founding in 2013, Qinhong has been offering financing support, financial service referrals, and loan consulting, primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises (“SMEs”) and other financial institutions in Southwest China.

The Agreement allows Senmiao to participate in Qinhong’s business operations across China, utilizing the existing business relationships and customer resources of both companies. Furthermore, Qinhong will leverage its relationships with banks and other financial institutions to assist Senmiao in obtaining financing for its business plan, as needed.
