66th Annual Wrangler National Finals Rodeo Presented by Teton Ridge

Several prominent artists, including Kid Rock and country music star Jason Aldean, will perform at various inaugural events in Washington, D.C. The Trump Vance Inaugural Committee unveiled a significant portion of the performance schedule on Wednesday.

Kid Rock, a long-time Trump supporter, along with Billy Ray Cyrus, Lee Greenwood, and The Village People, will take the stage at the Make America Great Again Rally at Capital One Arena on Sunday. They will be joined by a choir from Liberty University.

Greenwood expressed his enthusiasm to the Associated Press on Wednesday, stating, “The pageantry is wonderful. I’m excited about all of that. I’m excited to sing yet again for the President of the United States and particularly my friend Donald J. Trump.”

Aldean, a five-time Grammy nominee known for his song “Try That in a Small Town,” is scheduled to perform at The Liberty Ball on Monday evening, alongside other artists and a “surprise musical guest.”

The swearing-in ceremony on Monday will feature Carrie Underwood, singing “America the Beautiful”; opera tenor Christopher Maccio performing the National Anthem; and Lee Greenwood. This will be followed by three inaugural balls.

Underwood released a statement on Monday saying, “I love our country and am honored to have been asked to sing at the Inauguration and to be a small part of this historic event.”

Country group Rascal Flatts will perform at the Commander-in-Chief Ball, which focuses on military service members, alongside Texas-based singer-songwriter Parker McCollum.

Rascal Flatts’ frontman, Gary LeVox, shared his feelings, stating that he was “happy and humbled and grateful for the opportunity.” LeVox, who also performed at Trump’s first inauguration, promised a “night to remember,” thanking South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem in his post.

The Starlight Ball, geared towards major donors, will feature a performance by Gavin DeGraw, a singer-songwriter best known for the song “I Don’t Want to Be,” which was famously used as the theme song for the CW show “One Tree Hill.”

Trump’s previous inauguration included performances by the Rockettes, the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and 16-year-old “America’s Got Talent” singer Jackie Evancho.
